HEAT TREATMENT FREEZER

What is heat treatment system?
​

​          Generally, a store operators must clean soft serve freezers every day, if they do not have the heat treatment system. Bacteria can build up inside the overnight mix. Heat Treatment can prevent those bacteria by heating up the ice cream mix during nighttime/closed shop period. This will maintain the food safety standards.

benefits of having a heat treatment system:
​

​Because Heat Treatment system can kill the bacteria inside the mix every night, stores do not have to throw away the remaining mix and clean the machine every day. The operator just only cleans the soft serve freezer every 2 weeks. This can save a lot of labor and ingredients cost.
